For over 20 years Telm srl has been producing volumetric dosers in stainless steel and dosing equipments for the food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical field. The strong point of our Company is the importance of raw materials. Our dosers are built completely in stainless steel AISI 304L or 316L, so that all parts in contact with the product are extremely resistant to a wide set of products.

The vast range of valves in stainless steel we produce for many years makes possible to treat several products: liquids, creams, gels, thick products, jams, shampoos, perfumes, sauces, paints, also with pieces inside. Our daily target is to reach a high standard level of quality and accuracy, to minimize product waste and optimize the production process.

Semiautomatic and volumetric desk filling machines are the ideal solution for people who need a little filling machine, easy to handle and simple to use, and, at the same time, unmatched in reliability and performance.

These machines are to be leaned on a desk and are equipped with intuitive and easy signals and devices. They can be used also by workers who have never used this kind of machine.

Thanks to tri-clamp connections, the assembly and the disassembly of the machine will take little time and cleaning operations will reveal very simple.

AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINES

Telm srl also produces automatic in-line filling machines. By projecting and manufacturing the entire machine we can customise it to client’s necessities, in compliance with CE norms.
Our automatic filling machines are suitable for liquids, creams and thick products, also with pieces.

Work experience and continual researches allow us to improve at the best the automatic in-line filling granting efficiency and reliable performances. Our standard automatic filling solutions are available from one filling head until four filling heads. Moreover, we can purpose customised solutions, such as filling groups to add to a pre-existing packaging line.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE

Our dosing units are always identified by a machine number and equipped with a clear and simple use and maintenance manual. Our warehouse is well-stocked of spare parts and our technicians are always available to suggest some information to use machines in the best way.
