Hoppers

Product loading hoppers can be of different types and sizes. We produce hoppers always available in stock, conical or cylindrical shaped, from 6 to 30 litres.

Hoppers equipped with a heating system are used to keep the product at the same temperature during the filling operation and are often needed to reduce the product's viscosity and make it more liquid. They are essential for products such as candle or hair-removal waxes, lip balms, lipsticks, and some types of cosmetics such as mascara or thick pastes. The hoppers are then equipped with a stirrer to keep the product homogeneous and allow precise and reliable dosing.

The capacity of the stainless steel hopper can vary from 50 to 100 litres, in either horizontal or vertical shape.
Therefore, being completely customizable, these hoppers are tailor-made according to customer's needs and installed on suitable wheeled structures with handles for easy movement.
