Capping machine for twist-off caps

Perfect for small laboratories or sampling, the benchtop capping machine is the ideal tool for closing glass jars with twist-off aluminum capsules.

The operator places the jar in the center of the machine and the capsule on the jar. Both buttons must be pressed simultaneously to make the capping head descend and close the jar.

The closing torque of the cap can be adjusted via the appropriate pressure regulators.

Operation is automatic at a pressure of 6 bar.

The capping heads are available in different diameters according to the customer's requirements and are  interchangeable.

Made of AISI316 stainless steel.
