MONO 80 - Automatic piston filling and capping machine for dressing sauces and toppings

This automatic rotary machine is perfect for filling and capping PET and glass bottles with spreads, toppings, ripples, dressing sauces even containing pieces such as grains or biscuits.

The filling and capping machine is equipped with:

• Rotary loading table for empty bottles
• Filling with volumetric piston dosers
• Automatic prethreaded plastic cap orienter;
• Capping station for pre-threaded plastic cap.

The automatic filling and capping machine for topping can be customized depending on the customer's needs.

It is possible to install volumetric piston dosers, or with brushless drive. If the application requires it, it is possible to install heated hoppers with stirrer. Generally the production line is completed with a labeling machine and an ink-jet marker.
